Anderson Cooper Found Telegrams From Frank Sinatra to His Mom | WWHL
During the After Show, Anderson Cooper says he is still going through his late mother Gloria Vanderbilt’s belongings and will probably donate her things to collections and museums. He also reveals that he just found a stack of telegrams from when she and Frank Sinatra were dating.

I could listen to Anderson all day. His podcast is like a warm blanket. His insight into grief is extraordinary. Soothing to know we all basically face loss the same.

What a great interview. Grief does need to be talked about more. Death and grief is one thing that we all cant escape. Also... Bob rocks. Saw him this summer with my 7 year old at Levitate Festival!!!

I have to say, watching Bob Weir's thoughts on a loved ones passing, It's almost spot on for ones that experience a profound "death" this way. Wow, a breath of fresh air tonight. Andy asked how Bobs been handling his band mates 'death', kind of a harsh word for me.. still, to hear.. when I don't see it that way. From the heart. needed to hear that :) yay

Bob has a great understanding of death. I agree with him.
I loved how Bob Weir said he never met John Lennon, sometimes you think its a big music circle where everybody knows everybody or has atleast met each other in passing. Then you hear, yeah I never met them, him or her and then you really realize it is people going around doing the same job but in their own extraordinary way. I find that amazing how that in itself shows they really are just ordinary people at the end of the day doing their own job.

How about too judgemental? For someone who has been playing music on the road in an acid haze since the age of 17, Bob Weir strikes me as remarkably grounded. He would be the first to tell you that he has lived his life in a bubble. He's certainly over-indulged, but I'm not sure how that makes him overly entitled. 50 years on the road without ever having a hit record is an amazing story. It begs the question, out of touch with what?
Anderson is trying to get some of the Ronan Farrow mojo. I hate both of them.
