Well when you say lekhpal in our state it kind of points us, well every state has its own story, this is a kind of situation that was prevailing in the entire country, well there are higher authorities and when they ask us to do something well we dont have any choice but to abide by it. The Secretaries were made the in charge of the quarantine centres, even i being an officer in the department also had to stay in the quarantine center cause i had gone to delhi for some reasons. But there were few people who got to use the luxury of not staying in them and when we tried to do make them stay authorities started putting various pressures on us. I have said enough, i dont want to go into more details
