I wish pple can understand the pain of loosing a loved one n avoid hurting those hearts..I lost my Dad on apr n UpTo today bado Niko denial I see it as if ni ndoto na ninaonanga kaa nitaenda home nimpate kwa mlango anikalimbise like she used...😭😭😭may the soul of our loved ones continue resting in peace

One thing I have learnt is that those you support don't support you and after you loose parents people whom you expect to come will never come back

Heli nyinyi mimi my mom was not married,she died and after one year my grandmother followed her,so after mazishi ya shush uncle alibomoa nyumba ya shush na akaniambia lazima nikatafte kwetu because I'm not his sister my mom was his sister now that my mom is gone and she can never come back i have to go I'm not being to that family,10 years down the line and i have never healed

Fortunately the Bible is there to remind us that amelaaniwa amtegemeaye mwanadamu. Again,people talking about your mum won’t stop anytime soon, unfortunately. But that’s too a way of healing. Having the ability to talk about her freely without getting emotional all the time. Healing completely from the death of your mum is impossible though, my honest truth, from personal experience. Take heart,God is with you.
