I don't think the Incas built many of the structures but just repurposed many of the structures. There were older civilizations living in these places like Giants and other human type species even before them. There were even castles buried and covered on the land.

It sounds like he called one ruler “atu” and another “diwata”…. Across the ocean we called ours “datu” and diwata sounds familiar also though I could be mistaken…. “They had no metal” and then they move on to say they had gold doors among other things….

I hate modern construction. As in just about everything, modern craftsmanship is garbage. I'm amazed at how much our ancestors accomplished without reading, writing, and a wheel. Even today a knife cannot fit between the stones. Now that's craftsmanship.

@@KurimeoAhau They also probably lied about who built the megalithic sights in Peru, as they most likely predate what we call the Inca. No different than sights like Balbek, older, larger structures found by the latter civilization, that then built much cruder structures on top of the more refined and complicated past. Like the Aztec, I believe I have heard that the Inca never claimed to have built places like Sachsahuayman, but built on top of those old buildings. If they had had the tech to build those buildings, they would certainly have had the means and the tech to whoop the Spanish asses that had invaded. Same goes for Mexico. The megalithic sights the world over are probably from an age long past, pre deluge.
