That's why Assasin's Creed is my favorite video game series. They literally take you to new worlds from the past.
The Egyptian ones are my favorite, quite magical and beautiful and makes you feel like your actually there in that time

I wonder if the temples and certain places within Egypt smelled of incense and other fragrances. The Egyptians were all the rage about cosmetics and perfumes

@@baddiezone The ancient Egypts in this video appear so flawlessly due to limited rendering capabilities, the statues we still have due to limits and artistic choice in sculpting, similar to paintings. The only real evidence of these people's skin comes from their mummies, which indeed appear pretty flawless even after thousands of years. But this type of skin care involves removing the organs, including the brain in pieces through the nose, washing the inside of the body with palm wine and then embedding the body in natron for about 70 days. You'll also be dead during the thousands of years of flawless skin, and I'm not sure if that's worth it.
