That musical picture you seen? That's Bucketheadland. He indeed did create Bucketheadland. But it exist within your imagination. With the help of his music. It's even stated in one of his songs from his album "Bucketheadland 2", where a character on the album says: "Many themeparks have maps. Not Bucketheadland. Here people like to get lost and not find their way out. When you come stumbling out, dirty and disoriented. You won't quite realise what a great deal you just got!" I believe that he is refering to his albums (which is indeed called "Bucketheadland Pikes"). And the deal he is talking about, is these albums have so low prices.

I patrol the desert. It is therapy, like this music. Men go here to see visions. Others go here and never return. This place is more merciful than the human desert of the city, and warmer on a winter night than the coldness of society. You find sanity here, and madness. God or revolution. Someone at all the peyote long ago. Now there is only dust, wind, and the empty landscape of Salvadore Dali's dreams. A great place to compose yourself, but remember , much here decomposes.

we bumped past each other one neon night when oceans of lonely people were out like fireflies. you smiled right into my brown eyes with your gray-blues. i laughed and said "wanna go to the desert? you said, "Which one?" "The high desert, New Mexico, bring warm clothes and sleeping bag," and i gave you my number scrawled on the back of my wrinkled to-do list for samhain. the adventure was on. You also brought an antique Indian blanket from your house in London, good wine and some T S Eliot poems in your head. I brought the chocolope, a small telescope and some Bob Dylan in my head. We laid out, swallowed up by sky, star-bonded. that desert became our annual fall ritual until a random drunk guy took you out. but you still sparkle like the swaths of stars in a velvety black desert sky, your magick remains, it's still warm, still makes me smile, and i miss you every day. this song is for you, babe.

It's difficult to listen to other electric guitarists after listening to Buckethead as they sound so clinical and emotionless in comparison.

SmOOOthness never sound so nice.
Buckethead is like those musicians from titanic but on a much grander scale. He knows the world is burning and gives us something nice to listen to while we all meet our inevitable doom

Getting a weird vibe with this one. Like the air grows thin one moment then heavy the next. Its tough to explain but its very satisfying
I would love to know his creative process and inspiration for all the music he comes up with.
we bumped past each other one neon night when oceans of lonely people were out like fireflies. you smiled right into my brown eyes with your gray-blues. i laughed and said "wanna go to the desert? you said, "Which one?" "The high desert, New Mexico, bring warm clothes and sleeping bag," and i gave you my number scrawled on the back of my wrinkled to-do list for samhain. the adventure was on.
Buckethead is the guitar magician
just when you think, he over steps the boundaries, and brings it all back together, i can and do listen to this as many hrs a day as i can, better than going out shooting people
