I used to suffer from severe anxiety and depression. Wallahi, after Allaah guided me and I got closer to His Book I have not suffered again from mental illness in a long time. I am a living breathing example of the ayat "Indeed, in the remembrance of Allaah do hearts find rest." SubhanAllaah

I found this video, when I'm really in a worst situation of my life. Suffered form the Depression, got a pressure to leaves in a toxic enviroment and no one can hear me, no one come to heal me. From this I realize that It's better for us to never expect to human. They also have priority and other things to do. Every night I'm crying sudden and not know why am I crying about. But when Its time to pray 5 times a day. I try my best to never forget it read Qur'an and then now i feel so happy, my life is blessed and I know that peace of mind is when we close to Allah 😇

My worries and doubt is gone... and my question in my life,. in my surroundings all I meet and haven't seen... It gives me answers... It let me understand the each differences... To appreciate and accept the reality of life... it gives me strength... It teach me to faces the trials coming to my way... Because I believe the oneness of ALLAH s.w.a... with all his power and his words... and I love to follow our prophet MUHAMMAD s.a.w with all his UMMAH... Quran cured me from anxiety Putting my faith on allah take out that fear frm me

Indeed the heart is the ship and duniya is water, when water enters the ship, drowning happens and when duniya enters the heart...guess what...anxiety, depression, disobedience, transgression😢...Ya Allah always guide our hearts to your deen🙏
