senate hearing lang yan hindi yan court na yes or no lang ang isagot. ang mag attend dyan ay kusang loob kaya dapat gumalang ang mga senador sa mga tanong nila.

I can say Gordon your abusing your Power...Even we are ordinary individual nakikikta namin ang kawalang modo mong chairman....Why not let him speak,bakit gusto mo aayon lang siya sa mga sasanihin mo....ayaw mo siyang bigyan ng chance mag paliwanag kung ano talaga ang totoo? Nag papahalata ka na may tinatakpan ka...

Classic exchange. Faeldon is the winner in this exchange. Gordon must be regretting right now how he made himself such a fool.

It appears that Mr. Gordon was out of line. His opening statement was very clear that he wants to show to the world that he and the Senate he represents is very liberal with Mr. Faeldon. Being confined in the Senate quarters after being cited in contempt of the Blue Ribbon Committee. Mr. Gordon who I previously admire as an astute member of the Upper Chamber, wanted to impress to the people that Mr. Faeldon is enjoying the generous accommodation extended by the Senate, including the holding of parties inside the Senate's facilities. You know, a party is always understood with the connotation of sumptuous, lavish eating, flowing beverages alcoholic or otherwise and revelry. What Mr. Faeldon was referring to was a simple family gathering/bonding at a very special Filipino occasion such as Christmas. I don't think it would be fair to equate these two different things. To my mind, Mr. Gordon was going too far in his way to put an already down-trodden fellow Filipino and public servant in a bad light. Come on Mr.Gordon, you don't have to go that low? You are free to move around, a considerably high public official who derived power from us Filipino people who voted for you and put you in such a position? Please, we know that you knew that you were wrong in saying that Mr. Faeldon was partying while in quarters at the Senate's expense amounting to four hundred thousand pesos with his Father? You can readily admit that you were completely wrong on two major points of your monologue's prologue. Were you not? But instead of admitting your mistakes when rebutted by Mr. Faeldon, you chose to stand pat on what you said and tippy-toed around the tulips just so to save your face. You resorted to raising your voice to maybe show that you are the Boss. I disagree Mr. Gordon, the Honorable Chairman of the powerful Blue Ribbon committee. No amount of shouting on your part can actually reverse what you actually said. It was on record sir. For me, those were the shouts of an embarassed man who cannot bow down and admit his errors. That is pure uncalled, power-tripping arrogance feasting on an already downcast fellow. As for Mr. Faeldon, he needs more compassion and understanding why he behaved and spoke in such a way. He may appear to be disrespectful, but no, he was a man so disappointed by the very institution who claims to be "diligently seeking the truth", but appears to be more concerned in discrediting an officer who seems to remain idealistic and hopeful that this country may somehow be able to finally takeoff on her wings to progress. Mr. Gordon, please be the man that you were once was. The man who was known to rescue his distraught fellows to safety during disasters even at the risk on his own life. Obviously, Mr. Gordon now is no longer the Mr. Gordon we knew before. He now appears to be the personification of something that preys on hapless people such as Mr. Faeldon. Oh well, there is always what we call as Divine Justice. Do not lose hope Mr. Faeldon. Do not lose yourself Mr. Gordon in the temporary powers of your office. Ask God for forgiveness, grace and mercy. I thank the freedom of our land to express my opinion as a citizen of our blessed nation, the Philippines.

Gordon kept on repeating about Faeldon’s involvement in the past coup which is completely irrelevant.

Gordon is really not asking questions but instead insulting and lecturing by a monologue. He should have asked substantive questions about the case rather than wasting time insulting Faeldon about his past. It would do Senator Gordon a lot of good if he review the tapes of this hearing and do some clinical contemplation. Respect is not demanded for, it is earned.

Sen. Gordon, with all due respect. What is the hearing for? Are you out to find out the truth or is it just to humiliate the person in question? You have already set your judgement without even hearing what actually transpired. Nagagalit kayo dahil naPRE JUDGE niyo yong tao. HE IS STRESSING BECAUSE YOU DON'T SEEM TO BE INTERESTED IN FINDING OUT THE TRUTH. NOT EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT HE HAS TO SAY OR ACCEPT HIS WRITTEN STATEMENT TO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO ASK. A WRITTEN STATEMENT IS MORE ACCEPTABLE THAN ANSWERING IRRELEVANT QUESTIONS PO. THE FILIPINO PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH NOT YOUR STORIES ONLY. WHO IS MARK TAGUBA? A FIXER IN THE CUSTOMS WHO HAVE EARNED HIS FORTUNE FROM ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES INSIDE THE CUSTOMS THAT YOU HAVE TREATED LIKE A VIP IN THE PAST HEARINGS. AND A GOV OFFICIAL WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY WAS ALREADY TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL. SAYANG PO ANG TIWALA NAMIN NA NANDIYAN KAYO PARA SA TAONG BAYAN. AYUSIN NIYO PO YAN. Still hoping misunderstanding po ito. Nakakapanghinayang kayo if you are being bias and pre-judging because this will not allow for truth to come out. Uulitin ko po. Nakakapanghinayang po kayo.

Water Empress bakit kung ung itatanong ni gordon verbally is the same as kung isusulat nya magiging relevant ba ung question. I guess the one thing you have tp remember is this "though i cannot remember the questions ask by gordon on his previous inquiry in regards to this matters" one thing he is probably looking for is faeldons gesture and how he answers the question. Kasi kung totoo ang magiging sagot ni faeldon kahit outright ang question kaya nyang sagutin ng d nya pinag iisipan ung sagot dahil wala syang itinatago. At kung magiging written ang sagot paano ma crosa examine ung mga sagot through letters uli. Imagine kung gaano katagal yn. Besides kung binigay ni gordon yng privilage na yn kay faeldon paano kung ung iba ganyan din gawin at d binigay ni gordon ano kaya sasabihin nyo. Whether the question is relevent or irrelevent it is not for him to decide how that inquiry would proceed dahil kung honest sya then wala syang dapat ikatakot.

You see, the difference is how people get treated in senate hearings. Just today, we've witnessed JOVER the fake news maker blessed by some senators as obviously she had the first hand info before anyone else did regarding Senator Pangilinan's bill. Jover was being treated like she has something this nation needs. so important that she can be heard without interjection. Same with Mark Taguba. We know these people are the waste of society- why? because they earn their living at the expense of the good of other people. SO TREATING CAPT FAELDON LIKE HE IS A CONDEMNED CRIMINAL SEEMS SO UNRIGHT. WE NEED HIS TESTIMONY BUT WITH THE LOOKS OF IT, YOU GUYS, SEN GORDON AND THE REST DO NOT WANT WHAT HE HAS TO SAY BECAUSE YOU ALREADY HAVE BOMBARDED HIM WITH PREJUDGED STATEMENTS WHICH YOU NEVER WOULD DO WITH THE LIKES OF MARK TAGUBA ETC. Naka ilang hearings na kayo sa shabu shipment wala di nyo parin ma pin down si Faeldon. Waste of time. Hayaan nyo nalang ang korte dyan, don kayo sa dengvaxia mag focus at ilang daang libong bata ang nanganganib ang buhay.

Aj Yago db he corrected it naman and when is a gathering a party and when is it not and probably a slip of the tongue noong nasabi nya na father. Bakit masyadong defensive si faeldon in regarda to that issue. Ang totoo naman talaga the the senate gave him a lot of privilage.

healthy option so what's good for the gander is not good for the goose. Anong klaseng mambabatas yan may shades of gray, red and yellow. Point is this, being biased and partial coupled with emotional outburst like what gordon displayed here in this hearing is an insult to every human being with dignity and a shame to the senate as a whole. Walang silbi ang senado. Puro imbestigasyon wala namang nangyayari. Kadalasan mga may kasalanan at dapat managot inaabswelto ie lascanas, matobato at yung inosente walang hustisya ie masapano

docsunga in this video db arrogant si faeldon, apart from that who is faeldon to dictate the tempo of the inquiry. Imagine this kung tutuusin naging maluwag nga si gordon sa kanya kaya sya nakalaya. Kahit na ikaw sa loob bahay mo if a person would act the way faeldon is doing in senate d ka ba magagalit. At yung kay trillianes na naman you have to understand na may committe si on ethics. Kunbaga ang mga senator d basta pwede mag pakulong ng isang senator without filling a complain on the ethics, i think d nga nila kayang mag pakulong ng senator ang kaya lang nila idisqualify ung senator na un. At ung kaso din ni trillianes at faeldon mag kaiba, si trillianes misbehave during a session while kay faeldon refuse to answer a question.

Faeldon was sent to jail for five months and was forced to spend his xmas holidays in lockdown by gordon. During the hearing gordon, spewed derrogatory remarks that faeldon shouldnt look at himself as a Captain anymore because he participated in the coup with trillanes which is totally irrelevant. Gordon also childishly bully faeldon not to cry. A clear insult to the pride and dignity of any man! Faeldon refused to answer on the earlier hearings because his every statement were disected, demonized and twisted to make him look guilty by the likes of lacson, trillanes and the powes that be thus he was cited with contempt which is, again,totally unfair on faeldon's side.. Furthermore, He was roasted and humiliated by them. So can you blame him if his only retort was to submit an affidavit because of that? With this hearing something very interesting is unfolding. Faeldon clearly stepped on a lot of big influential corrupt big wigs. Thus this hearing is more like a demolition job to get rid of faeldon. Gordon's action is embarrassing and clearly unbecoming of a committee chairman and a senator.

Walang silbi ang senado gusto nila sila Lang magsalita paanu lalabas ang katotohanan..

tapos sino may kasalanan, babalik din kay Gordon kasi sya ang may hawak sa kulongan ni Faeldon. Hindi naman bawal dumalaw ang kamag anak ah at kakain doon kasama ang naka kulong. Bakit sabihin ni Gordon na Family Gathering. Dapat sinita nila kong bawal pala kakain na kasama ang dalaw.

What is the point of Gordon in telling these? Utang na loob ni Faeldon sa senado yun? You restricted the freedom of CAPTAIN FAELDON. Hindi lang sya ang nag coup d etat. Meron dyan sa senado tinatawag mo pa ng honorable or gentleman from everywhere. Gordon is so rude. Rude to the point that he can not distinguish between Senators gatchalian and villanueva. That is how he disrespects his fellowmen.
