This video is a great resource for people wanting to have fillers. Thank you so much for spreading the knowledge. God bless
Hi Doctor I had my primary rhinoplasty in 2012 and I'm just wondering if it is OK to get dermal fillers my nose in order to build up my droopy tip? It's been 7 years since my rhinoplasty
So basically nearly all regions in the face are danger zones
I think filler injections to the face should be done with ultrasound guidance for safety and peace of mind.. In my opinion the Ultrasonography-guided Cannula Method for Hyaluronic Acid Filler would put a lot of worries to rest. And as a patient I would definitely opt for a doctor who has this equipment and uses this method. The technology exists so why aren’t all doctors using it? An ultrasound machine can’t be that expensive. I would pay extra for fillers to be safe and not risk my eyesight. Im sure others would agree.

Thank you for this great video! Do you recommend aspiration on every injection? How do you add the epinephrine? Thanks again!
Very good content.
I want you to do my filler! or never have it done. thank you, great resource.
thank you for this class. Question, how often is ultrasound guidance used to enhance patient safety when applying fillers ?
As well as showing highlighted "danger zones", the photos showing the underlying vascular system would be helpful in order to give a better picture of danger zones. Perhaps, suggesting use of cannulas to decrease possibility of piercing arteries. Thank you for your video.
where are safe areas?

Helpful content! 🥰
Dr Chan said a bigger needle with round tip is better as less likely to puncture artiry. Is this wrong?

You mean a cannula
So many people have this ones done every day from years and they are all fine. You will get single cases with side effects.
Thx

Completely agree! quite worrying how it's promoted so much on IG that people don't understand that it's a big deal. And it doesn't help that in some countries (including UK) beauticians can inject people, it just makes people think it's comparable to getting a facial or eyelashes done..

Just to add, at the rate dermal fillers have exploded in popularity since 2017 I'm actually truly surprised that we don't hear of that many complications occurring considering how many people get them done (by non-medics). Seems most of the time people are very lucky
Botox also in on the front
