Very helpful video, the breakdown was well explained at every stage. However, within the sarcomere he did not mention the H band or the M line. Just wanted to point that out because those features a apart of muscle contractions.
I am very amused by his drawing and “perspective” skills Im serious 😂😂😂 the effort thank you so much

These videos are so helpful for visual/ auditory learners. I hate that khan academy is officially removing them off their website, I guess it will remain on KZread, which will be helpful
