This is not Pizzacato Polka, pizzacato is played with fingers on violin strings like guitar, this is just regular orchestra. This is music from ballet La Source by Delibes, Pizzacato Polka is by Strauss

Johann Strauss did write the Pizzicato Polka, but that's not the music in the video, which is the Scherzo-Polka from the ballet La Source, by Leo Delibes.
