Ana you might never see this comment but this song is playing literally 24/7 for a week now! I can't tell you how much I love it and it gives me so much power! Becoming part of the FANILY two years ago was the best thing ever! Wish I was part of it when I had to go through so so many lows in a row but music has always helped to cope with everything and all my difficulties made me a true WARRIOR!

I do really like this song. I've been a fan for 24 years. My only wish is that this had more of your signature belting around the bridge and a heavier rock sound. Without that the track is missing a wow factor that I'm used to hearing in your older music. I'm still very grateful that you release new music after everything you've been through. I'm a bit spoiled with your music because I'm always expecting to hear you really tear it up vocally during the bridge. I was very happy to hear you do that in Monsoon during the bridge. I just wish you did it in more tracks but I understand that can make it difficult to perform the tracks live if you're needing to belt over and over again, song after song. I do hope your next album has more sprock influence. When I think of sprock I imagine a heavier sound like pieces of a dream or the Anastacia album. Stupid little things was classic sprock and I loved it. Boxer is another underrated track that the label should have released as a single instead of giving up after Caught in the Middle didn't become a hit. I wish labels wouldn't give up so easily. I'm autistic with sensory issues and your voice has always resonated with me. I'm very sensitive to sound and your music has always created a safe space for me. I will say I am little underwhelmed by the new Our Songs album but I do like a few tracks. I love the idea of the project I just have trouble connecting to the music like I do with your original work. Love you .

She explained in an interview that early on in her career there was a dispute between record companies and the USA labels that owned / funded certain radio stations refused to play her music effectively blacklisting her. She can still release in the states but she needs a hit to get back into the hot 100.

😶Stop singing if you don't like it. You've been singing out of tune lately. Life, dance, love are missing there. Instead of displaying symbols, you can make other fans happy. You can't really listen to it. For example, you can see on KZread that fans are also sad about the last album. Criticism is simply raised because the fans are not getting what they were used to in your voice. I'm not telling you to sign a weird contract with inappropriate corporations. After all, CD delay doesn't even play on radios. It is sad. I believe you could bring life to it. Unfollows after so many years

Why always complaining? Im a fan for many years too and am happy she’s still making music. And i really like Our Songs. It’s a lot of typical Anastacia pop-rock. And she still sounds amazing, what are you talking about?

I really don't think she doesn't like it. I think the problem is that she can't hit high notes like she used to (with a few exceptions), both live and even in the studio, and the record labels she's been signed to have been mismanaging her since Heavy Rotation. I know she was everywhere in the early 2000s and her music from that era was really popular (and it's still up to date on many radio stations in Europe), but for some reason (health (?), mismanagement, bad single choices, and so on...) she won't be the singer she used to be. I really hope I am mistaken, but so far, (barely) no change. But at least she keeps on releasing new albums with some really good tracks, giving shows... I would never, ever like her to retire from singing, but I hope she and her team can come up with better choices for her career in the future; otherwise, I have a bad feeling... 🤞🏻💓

@@david_n.n what? She still does a lot of high notes. Listen to her performance of Night Of The Proms last year. She was on fire! And ofc she ages like everbody, so does her voice. But im glad she does still new high notes on her new albums and can sing them live. Also her Resurrection era was amazing. Stupid Little Things became a hit in some countrys, but it has so much more potential. I think its my fav album ever and im thankfull that she still makes music that heals me so many times. ❤️
