If Chomsky had this great idea of a universal grammar, there should be a very specific flowchart on how to parse any language. Does he have that, and if so it should be easily described and understood.

It pains me and fills me with great sadness that soon we're gona loose a great mind like Noam Chomsky. The world will be much poorer without this beacon of history, wisdom and context. sadge :/

Chomsky lost me when he said Ukraine should be left to the tender mercy of putin's russia. Self defence is not aggression.

The PR industry has taken its misinterpretion of its role in the economy and society and pushed it to the most greedy possible utility they can selling its existence to the wealthiest and most powerful in society, which today are almost all some brand of major criminal. What did we expect was going to happen?

I think Anand's books and ideas are great, but I also think he is wrong, or complete. Everyone at some level believes the same things, it's life and force and direction that makes the difference, and untangling that knot for everyone while they are all simultaneously alive is going to take more than sweetness and light.
