Johan and Joffrey aren't S tier villains because they had a horrible childhood particularly Johan Johan should be A tier but at the top Joffrey should maybe be low A tier because he didn't really have the time to hurt as many people as say Griffith

This is the most emotion in your voice Ive heard.

The closest of the evilest things Dunkey did I can think of, were when he gave out spoilers of Xenoblade Chronicles 3, just to mess with the fans, and when he lied about his opinion on Octopath, while he struggled to play the game, forgot to level up the characters and didn't bother to use much magic or add in any party members. Edit: He gave out spoilers of the third game's plot, but his Dunkey's take on XB2 was about as worse.
