After years of working for multiple vehicle brands at different dealerships, I can attest that there is at least 1 guy like Dinero’s character in every sales or service dept. Best part is that those guys usually tend to be the top earner and can talk to entitled customers however dam they want. That’s why my philosophy has always been to be the best salesman so that they CAN NEVER FIRE YOU, EVEN WHEN THEY DAM WELL WANT TO! That’s how we outlast all the brownnosers who try reporting us to Corporate.

My brother, RIP, sold Mercedes for a Ford/Mercedes dealership. He was often the region top salesman. Made a lot of coin, and sent to Vegas to test drive new Mercedes models and got to race that one rare $300,000 supercar they made one year. Because of his sales they got one in at his dealership. I know Paris Hilton looked at it, not sure if bought it. Anyways, at Holidays, me and me other brother would play this for him and laugh our a** off, because it was definitely him lol 😃.

@@nikolaszuraff1234 that’s crazy because I learned the foundation of my customer service skillset from working at Walmart for 4 years during college. Took the important things with me to my first sales/marketing internship and not even 5 years after graduating, I’ve become one of the top 10 highest earning service advisors in the country going on 2 years now!! It’s not about experience at all!!! It’s all about the ambition and passion. A good salesman doesn’t hate his job or get tired of it, but instead they find ways to have fun while getting sh*t done as closing a deal, especially a difficult near impossible one is like a high for us.
