Analyze log files to solve Teams Calling issues

Ғылым және технология

When deploying Teams calling for your organisation everything should work without any issues, but what should you do when it doesn't work? Report to Microsoft Support or dig in to log files yourself instead of waiting for a support agent to call back? Yes, you can do a lot yourself and I will show you were to start. In this I will show what to look for in Teams logs to solve common issues and what tools to use when your users complain, and after this session you will be able to solve issues before users starts complaining.

Question .. we have Poly and Yealink phones that are rebooting daily. We have tested POE and even added certified power supplies, but still, these phones keep rebooting several times a day! Any directional help would be fantastic. thx
