Muzhe piles bhi tha aur fishar bhi tha doctor ko pucha to hunone muzhe 3rd degree piles bataya fir mayne afareshan karliye tha fir tb aram huwa aur fir 6 mahine ke bad takhalif chalu hogyi fir mayne Meri friend ki sala se pymol+Livcon capsule and manulax churna magwaliya ak hafte me hi aram milne laga tha,tin mahine me sare masse bhi sukh gaye,ab mujhe koi taklif nahi hai ™™

From my personal experience 1) more we sit more it occur.. So exercise and walk daily (8+hrs smart phone screen time also the reason) 2) don't sleep lately ie dont push yourself to night after 11:00pm... Less the sleep.. Hard it will be stool 3)don't eat sweets 4)no banana 5)no junk food, blah blah blah 6)drink lots of water before sleep.. Cuz during sleep. 7) sit on cool or heat transmitting chairs.. Like iron chair, plastic chair with holes that can eliminate heat cuz of long heat... 8)don't sit on sofa, or any latex chair, office chairs.. Etc.. Unless your surrounding is well air conditioned !! 9) wake up early in the morning..I suggest 6-7am ...and clean your stomach as early as u can ...cuz loading it too long could worse the situation.. 10)if u could not exercise outside buy a thread mill or walk inside house with some stats..

Muzh covid ke bad se bhayank fishar ki takhalif chalu hui doctor opreshn ka bolrhe the aur may opreshn karna nhi charha tha fir mayne mere friend ke sala se pymol+livcon capsule and manulax churna use kiya yakin maniye 3 se 4 din me hi aram mila, 3 mayni cantinew kiya ,ab koi taklif nahi. ~~~
