ഫിഷർ വന്നാൽ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടത് ഇതൊക്കെ. ഹോട്ടൽ ബീഫ്, ചിക്കൻ, പൊരിച്ച എല്ലാ മാംസവും ഒഴിവാക്കുക, ഫ്രിഡ്ജിൽ വെച്ച വായും ഒഴിവാക്കുക. ചെറുപഴം ധാരാളം കഴിക്കുക. അഥവാ ഫിഷർ അനുഭവം പെട്ടാൽ ചൂട് വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുക, ഉരുളൻ കിഴങ്ങ് ഒഴിവാക്കുക
