just finished watching Ahsoka, and seeing Ani pop up in my recommended here is awesome, hearing this piece reminds me of his struggles, his tragedies, and evil doings, you definitely captured the feeling of the dark side with a Gilmour of hope, great piece mate 💜

I love the fact that it's got Hayden in it. He IS our Anakin, no one else!

For me it’s the song of a version of Anakin that lost everything but still hold on to the light. The Anakin that persevered and controled hos emotions despite his attraction to the dark sode. An everyday struggle to stay good

Anakin was a good man but his love and passion for padme turned him to the other side. No matter how many bad things he did there were tears under that mask and he still had the heart of a good man. He's a fallen angel.

I love how you reuse several melodies from your Darth Vader Sad Theme for this Anakin Skywalker theme. It's a really good way of driving home that Anakin and Vader are the same character in different stages of his life.

Thank you for this. It’s beautiful and tragic. You can feel that a part of him has died and he doesn’t want to go on. He is completely broken. In this moment he grasps on to his anger because at least he feels something! He learns to love that anger and it makes him feel powerful. But underneath all that presence and power, is the little boy who just wants to be held. Just wanted to add…Anakin looks so much like a samurai in this ❤️

Hayden was once ridiculed for portrayal of Anakin........years later everyone realized , he fit the role of Anakin perfectly, just like Obi Wan and Qui Gon Jinn......Qui Gin Jinn was the only one who understood Anakin, and Obi wan tried his best to keep his promise to his master till the very end, Obi wan simply could not destroy Anakin for this reason alone.

Those look like Sith robes on a young Anakin, like the image is from an alternate timeline where he became Palpatine's apprentice earlier on and fully embraced the dark side before losing his limbs. It's still fun for me to theorize about "what if" scenarios like that.

Please don't put this in any Sith or Villain playlist. Darth Vader may have been a Sith and a villain, but Anakin Skywalker was a Jedi and a hero. A fallen, tragic hero, yes, but a hero at his core nonetheless, and he ended up dying a hero. He just was trained by people who didn't know how to be heroes, and thus forgot for a while.

@@CariPR94 Naaah i still blame the Jedi the most, it was through their actions and political involvement that set them up in a rigged board that they couldnt possibly come out on top. Once they got into politics and allowed corruption to dig in, no matter what they did, they would lose their position of power. Anakin was simply the means of how it happened but the cause was the jedi's own failings

If you knew about 1 black dot equalling a period of time. The enslavement to the light is when a light being is engulfed in countless time dots and is expected to read the energy. When Padme died, Anakin had to deal with the loss of love while being engulfed with time dots. It's actually very abusive and irresponsible. I don't condone what Anakin did I simply say what I watched what I experienced and what I believe the problem to be. Only reason the Jedi order picked him up in the first place was because of him not being allowed to be treated that bad in the first place. It showed someone didn't do their work in the first place. I still believe that the Jedi order has a way to rehabilitate and be good for the universe when they fix a few things in there orders. That's why it never changed Luke because his spiritual order about his father was that he was extremely abused.

Stop caring, let go...Excuse me, what the f...? But you're offered a way, a solution, an exit that comes with a price to pay, you must become a monster and you know, again you go with your superiors and they tell you to shut up, sit down, stay where you are and just wait, you know what is at risk, your future, your family, everything meaningful you ever had..then it happens, you take a plunge into the darkness, the decision has been made, you do the ultimate sacrifice to save what you love the most, and it doesn't work, your wife dies, your child dies, your world is set ablaze, and there's no turning back, there's no more future for you, just darkness and death, but one day after a very very long time of horrors and unspeakable things, a young man comes right in front of you, you see him, and he reminds you of a brighter time, a time long lost and you feel it, you feel that same love you gave everything to save, but this time you're the one being saved.
