Two years ago when she was real bad I told her my Mother suffers greatly from mental illness too, its nothing to be ashamed or angry at yourself or the world about please heal on your own terms because I know nobody should tell anybody what to do with their journeys. She blocked me 😭 She was probably in survival/defence mode so I dont take it personal but I do take mental illness personal so I am glad to hear she is better lately.
