ANAHIEM HILLS MTB TRAILS // EXTREME GROUP RIDE

Спорт

I am super bummed that Marty's Tour was the last one, so many awesome people came to our area to ride the tour! We had a really fun time showing a few of the offroad enthusiasts around Anaheim Hills. Thanks to Roger for getting us all together for the day!

It was a blast. Now having experienced it I will know better what to expect and hopefully be prepared for with a better setup. So glad everyone was great with me tagging along.

The Begode rattle seems even more extreme on the extreme. Looks like your getting used to the 16 inch wheel, man your riding has improved over this last 12 month, well done and thanks for sharing.

Yeah I’m used to 16” I just think everything feels way harsher and it gets knocked off line really easy in chunk.

@@trubttam yeah especially on the higher speed trails like you often ride, the really tight and narrow trails with obstacles every where and lots of bonks is where the 16 inch is great. I love the 18" on faster and looser surfaces.

How do you like the 241 on the extreme? I'm not sure how I feel about the stock knobby yet.

I changed the tire before I took it out to the trails so I don't know how the stock one is really but the 241 is always good.

Cool!!! But, tell me)), is it just me, or do you jump higher and land softer on s22?

S22 is better for everything except climbing

Wait, so you bent the rim and broke the motor, or just bent the rim before?

  • @trubttam

I broke the rim and Begode only had motor and rim together

You had to replace your entire motor? I'm asking because I just cracked a rim

  • @trubttam

they only had the entire motor available at the time and i figured it would be easier that way

I wasn’t going fast, always announce your presence to hikers, especially when they are not paying attention hiking up a mountain bike trail.

32:43 if it looks steep on camera I can only imagine in person and with sand too 😬
