After operating for several years with an Aquarama Stargate S9 IBA for tall vehicles, ANAC Carwash added a full tall vehicle tunnel to their Tilburg location. It can wash vehicles up to 3m tall, such as Sprinter vans.
Similarly to the standard wash tunnel next to it, the tall vehicle tunnel has a 55m long conveyor. It is equipped with used Hanna-Sherman HDM-2 and HFTM mitters (reinstalled after being used at their Borsbeek and Nieuwegein sites), extra tall second generation Holz trailing wraps with AVW pivoting/oscillating top high pressure manifolds attached, an extra tall ACE Carwash Systems top brush with 2 onboard Volume Plus top manifolds, extra tall second generation standard Holz wraps, PE118+ and PE135 side washers, PE250 grill brushes, Holz rear brushes, 2 sets of Holz PE196 wheel brushes, and a 9 producer Sonny's drying system with Elephant Ear nozzles. ANAC Carwash uses 4Carwash chemicals at their locations.
