In fairness (I don't know her, just noticing), Holly Randall does call and try to book black stars (and has - Dredd, for instance, was on not long ago), but to your point: she endeavors to book those whose names are asked most often by her audience and viewers in her YT comments and on her Twitter - you know, give your audience what they ask for sort of thing. In other words, don't blame her (or imply bias), blame her viewership.
