One of the untold stories, comes from a Wakhi community, where Mr. Muzafar Uddin Shah Sahib from Gulmit Gojal Hunza, has highlighted his experiences, challenges and his commitments to bring about change in his and his family's lives. It's an inspiring story that discusses his life through changes, where he continued exploring the area to build a career. It reflects his curiosity, motivation and needs to accept the changes and find options. He didn't give up and worked hard. Living in the mountains, he always kept a high hope for his future. Respected Uncle Muzaffer Uddin Shah is dedicated volunteer and cultural activist. He is a famous flute player and was one of the pioneers of Aga Khan Silver Jubilees Band Gulmit. He also represented WTCA in various cultural delegations. He is a cultural activist and he initially collected data through series of interviews from seniors in Gojal for Wakhi Tajik Cultural Association. WTCA. For the last many years he is performing a senior member of School Management Committee with Boys High School Gulmit and he played a vital role in the construction of new state of the art building of Gulmit Boys High School. When the first Library and Study Centre was established in Gulmit, uncle Muzaffer was an active member and collected a huge number of books visiting home to home for the Centre.
