Around 2:18 he talks about the miracle of conversion. Not what we were expecting,but nonetheless the working of the Holy Spirit.

The miracle of conversion is a greater miracle than a physical miracle. It is nothing for God to physically heal. Because He gave us free will, a spiritual healing is more difficult. And ultimately, far more important. Peggy Stanton, Producer

You can go to Lourdes it’s the grotto you go to,not the shops, so it’s up to you what you visit. I have been at the grotto with my husband and there was no one else there,out of season and it’s beautiful, so it’s your choice, try it it may change your mind
