Having a story actually dive into the positive potential of knightly chivalry and heroism while acknowledging the potential pit falls, failures, and built in hypocrisies that the real world might throw at you; in a way that’s constructive rather than “tear it all down”.

You must've read a different story than me because I saw a small army of people stopping Grey from making poor decisions and mitigating the damages when he made mistakes at every turn. The cat, Shelly, Airen (or however it's spelled), the bishop, the shadow, a guardian angel, a guardian demon, actual God, his literal army, and all of his allies continued to guide and support him. It is very clear to me he would've caused several disasters and failed miserably if just a few or even one of his allies wasn't there. He wasn't considered a good knight until he learned more about the world and began to understand the consequences of his actions while still being loyal and fighting for justice.

Man, this manhwa is really something that I would like to see animated. On one hand it's a kind-of-typical OP protagonist, but on the other hand it's a cool story of a little skeleton wishing to be a paladin and all the kingdom intrigues. It's like a mashup of Skull: The Hero slayer & Skeleton Knight in Another World.

I think the reason it's so good is because the writers are pitting problems that are constantly outside of the protagonist control or frame of reference. Little dude just wants to make everyone happy. They have morals that they wants to stick by and they do their best to not compromise on them.

I really love this one! No harems, English names and mannerisms to match the European setting, and a protagonist who isn't a jerk and faces realistic outcomes due to his shortcomings. On top of that the story, art and supporting characters are good, too.

Becuz his a race from the lich, he would live a much longer life than what a human would. SPOILER because grey was from the other realm, on a certain day a human came upon him. Grey stalks on him and eventually they get tgt, grey at that time couldn't understand practically anything it's just a skeleton thing, by little by little he understood the world above as they travel tgt. His basically a 1 y/o but with some extend of experience from story telling by the man he met underground. Apparently magic is only available by spending time alive in a long life time which human can't achieve apparently 😅

That was one bitter ending. All those he helped have turned on him, his fiancé is nearly dead, his spiritual leader joined his mortal enemy, his angel ally is awaiting heavenly judgment, and he has to retreat with his soldiers. Poor little lich had to learn so much more than he bargained for, but he is definitely learning. Part two will be amazing.

This story does a great job at showing the complexity and moral ambiguity of civilization. Then you throw a pure soul with power into the mix and its very entertaining and touching.

I watch the whole 3:20 recap, and i don't regret it. The Video ends at chapter 100. Now gonna bookmark and continue reading the Manhwa

While i usually dislike "simple" protagonists, but i very much like this one, and i like even more how they handled the conflict of childish naivity with the harshness of life, with serious undertones, but or less light over all agenda.

This is like the best manga I’ve found recapped. So many are just so shallow. But the convo between Iron and Shelly at 2:30:00, for instance, is a very deep look at human feelings.

Well, one could expect a lighthearted funny story of a lich that wants to be the beacon of light. And true, that are a lot of such elements. But one also gets a study of how bad our society is and how our own stupidity and greed makes it almost impossible to do anything about it. That being said this is a good recap and even better story.

Well an enemy that shouldn't have been made has been made. Rip that kingdom if the paladin was truly not wanting to make himself a true paladin they'd be dead. Now they may end up with a dark paladin of their own making

This is one of the most interesting manhwa I've liked He's literally just a seven year old with an ideal kids dream with divine rights, but he's in a world full of monsters the main antagonist being politicians that he doesn't understand or have experience as a seven years old The only monster that could break him down as both the guardians angel and demon knows if he wakes up from his own dream to reality

This is an incredible work of art and I congratulate the author on writing a story worth of as much praise as Jobless Reincarnation. It is such an incredible change in pace to have a manga that gets as philosophical as this one. I am praying for a good ending where at least a majority of humanity can learn to better themselves and transcend beyond their rudimentary understanding of morality and the world around them. I get it if humans don't end up learning anything but I love a proper good ending.

Very sad at the end where the people he treated with all that kindness just turned on him after everything just from one person. Please make a part 2.

It was kinda badass when he had the chains just chillin on top of two massive gates like it was nothing lol

I watched this for the whole 3 hours, and overall, I rate this 100/10. This is such a great story, plus I love the way you clearly explain whats happening in the story! I hope this Manhwa will release lots of chapters soon.

This was a really nice story. As a fan of Ainz (before he went full villain anyway) and Arc, I'm a sucker for these types of stories. It offers some really nice insight into the idealism of a Knight/Paladin and how humans can seek to take advantage of those ideals. I also like how they show that you can't run a country on ideals alone. Really looking forward to next part of the story.

This manhwa was so beautiful I cried twice, the first made me cried so hard, it's around 50 CHP then near the 100. Very good read

Another awesome manhwa, instead of cringing at Gray's cluelessness it ended up just extremely funny and interesting. Excited for more!

I originally read the novel for this in Chinese, and I recently found out about the manga and also read it. The manga is at chapter 160ish, there will be a GREAT scene in another 50ish chapters which I look forward to so much. When I read the novel, that scene made me tear up (i very rarely do, not a emotional person). 10/10 would recommend

Now this. this is what i wanted to see. ever since i was watching alot of manhwa like this but it doesn't compare to it. because gray saw what he needed to be and what to do and when he became a paladin by himself it made my heart feel warm and put a little smile on me because it felt amazing for a undead to get recognized by a angel (Katrine) and made everyone believe that they can be a warrior/knight by heart

I’ve always liked the idea of an sentient undead being not inherently evil. Unnatural and potentially cursed, but not evil. That a person’s faith and conviction can extend beyond the grave to fulfill their oath. But I like this as well. A little naive Lich becoming a Paladin is most entertaining.

This started my journey of watching this stuff, at least this time. 7/10 really good, unique storyline. This is an uncommon quality. 7 months later. It is rare to see the childish ideals of just giving everyone money actually play out. This is a memorable point. I think I even rewatched it or maybe I just watched the continuation.
