The Kevin Richardson Wildlife Sanctuary's mission is to provide a self-sustaining African carnivore sanctuary for the purposes of wild species preservation through education, awareness and funding, especially pertaining to the rapid decline of large carnivores in Africa due to habitat loss, human-predator conflict, unscrupulous hunting, disease and their illegal trade.
To raise awareness, Kevin has now set up his KZread Channel 'LionWhispererTV'. The channel is all about raising awareness about not only the declining numbers of lions, but also how this rapid decrease is happening. By watching these videos, you are directly contributing to our scheme of land acquisition.
Kevin captures the majority of his footage on GoPro cameras, allowing the viewer to get as close as possible to the lions.
By doing this, Kevin hopes to give people an insight into the lives of these beautiful creatures and to let them see just what they can do to help. You can nearly touch them.

Maybe not humans,but Hyena's are gonna try to steal your food regardless, you're gonna have to get like 20 lions and then you will be safe.

AJKAuctions • 3-4 Lions are enough to keep any Hyenas at bay. No amount of Hyenas will willingly attack 3-4 lions together.
He loves those lions, you can hear it in his voice.

@@Pincer88 My parents have no affection in them because they grew up in strict orphanages with strict religious rules and I was neglected by them many times because I am their last priority. I was never given any of the 5 languages of love. Even now nothing has changed and they make me feel bad for things that are out of my control and I adopted a cat to cope but they also have no affection to the cat so I realise it wasn't me but it still hurts sometimes

What a great movie that would be. Kevin hopefully would play himself. Right now I just don't know if he'd have the time. Maybe Robert Redford or Clint Eastwood will consider this. We can only hope!

Ive watched this video several times now, and it never ceases to amaze me. Thank you Kevin for taking care of these animals.
He understands the big kitties, he shows them nothing but love and affection. And in return they show the same. He trusts them like they trust him. It’s remarkable and really an amazing thing to see something like this. I’m a cat lover and would love the opportunity to be able to interact with large cats. Extremely humbling to watch the animals take to him like one of there own
Not gonna lie, watching something like this, I get a little envious and emotional. Kevin is one lucky dude.

Big responsibility buddy, easy to say hard to get done. You need to trust them with your life, have MASSIVE land for them to live, I think I'd pass but if your like Kevin Richardson and have all of that go for it

I know it's not the same as what you mean, but having pet cats, rabbits, or birds that trust you immensely can actually be pretty difficult if you don't know what you're doing. Instead of wishing for something you don't have, why not try for something you could do, like a pet? An animal companion period is such an amazing thing if you're able to bond with them. And believe me, you'll be able to tell when they like vs actually bond with you. Sounds silly, but having that kind of relationship like in the video above is very similar, you have to have a mutual respect for the animal, no matter how big or small it is.

this makes me happy to see them thriving in their natural habitat. it just goes to prove that we can save these amazing cats from going extinct if we help them gain back their natural instincts so they can survive efficiently in their proper environment. thanks so much for sharing

I'm so moved by the affection of these beautiful animals every video i watch make me cry it's so so moving like nothing I've ever seen
It's heartwarming to see you in loving interaction with all these animals normally seen as predators... In a special way you are able to speak their language no matter what kind of animal is in front of you - absolutely fascinating!
From an introvert prospective this is so satisfying... Make me wanna be zoo keeper or something like that so I don't have to talk to people

Been known to happen with other big wild life that did. Like bears that were like this and such. Hoping the Lions Don't Either. The was a Human Couple. That lived with the Grizzly Bares once. To make a long story short. Way later on. Both were Killed and found half eaten. True Story Oh and one more thing. That's why The Lord. Created small domestic Cats for us. He knew that after the fall of Adam and Eve. BIG CATS Would Poise Great Danger To Us.

The most beautiful human being I've ever seen the love conservation and the just raw passion he has for wildlife should show this whole world how a real life should be lived!!
