SM always gives a good summer bop or this beach vibe to there artist we can trace it all the way back to there summer albums from like 2003/04 when they would release like a summer collab album with there first and second gen artist and then even all the way to shinee and fx with 4walls and view, snsd with party, red velvet with happiness, exo with power, nct with switch. Its just an sm thing to give a good chill tropical vibe with one or to title tracks, i wish SM would go full out with a summer concept for aespa that way they could step upto this summer queen title we have been missing in kpop since sistar disbanded, i know brave girls have kind of gone there with there recent songs but nothing like this. This song definitely reminds me of a sistar song.

Every good Aespa song turns out to be all songs purchased from foreign artists, I don't understand whether SM can't make their own songs. In fact, it doesn't just happen with Aespa but Nct, redvelvet and exo too

And yet, SM artists have full input on their individual albums/endeavours. Writing your own stuff doesn't always make it better or more praiseworthy. It's like saying you can't wear a pre-made costume to a cosplay convention.
