True they do show up at your door , with certified mail to sign.

I was never notified of court. Mail was stolen and illegally forwarded somewhere else. I'm far from incompetent and because of their lack of integrity handling things without due process, the lawyer, judge, etc. all involved will be held accountable and they can forget their careers.

You just described my story to a T. !! Family was involved, ex's, friends.. gossip, lies, and total betrayal. They stole everything of value, including all personal information, my passwords and pin numbers to all my devices stolen. They put me into a financial spiral down. They even attacked my vehicle.. police here did nothing... Never talked with the neighbors, who had a lot to say of what they saw.. nope no investigation on my behalf... Ñow reaching out to lawyers to rectify. My stepfather passed, I believe I was in his will, and family didn't want me to get anything.. saddens me.

I wasn't notified. No problem with my mind. I am sharp as a tack. I can't defend myself if I don't know about it! This really sucks to the fullest! But then you can't lose what you never had, now can you! Everyone involved knows my address, even the Court House! I am as sane as they are, if not more so. I am a homebody. I don't drive. I have been very isolated from everything going on. Just here taking care of me. Paying my bills cooking and cleaning. Still being stalked. I am a strong woman. I don't flip out on anything. I got to court they looked at me like I was f****** crazy you said I did a hindrance f****** job and that they f****** gave me all these f****** years of probation and GPS and everything else and then left me in jail for 3 months I was in jail at another county I couldn't go to jail I couldn't go to court I was in jail in another county they knew where I was at

I’m a good responsible adult emotionally mature man. Everything else that you said applies for me as well. About the address, the court house knows my address. But I still believe that my mail is being redirected to one of my ex-family members addresses. They have been doing this for decades and I never noticed it until they started to show me their true colours. Hey, I think maybe my mom also hid or burnt any letters from my ex girlfriend who loved me and I loved her too. The long distance relationship was not my thing so there was a falling out. I wish her well. I wish all my girlfriends peace ☮️, happiness and good health too. God blessed 😇 to see this day today with my friends and former colleagues. Thank you 🙏

The judge knew better than to hold court without me there. It shows the judge was involved in the bribery. He should have folded until he investigated and took the steps to come see me in person. That he didn't is a sign that the judge is involved. I am about to hit the stage & send them all to prison!

I was never notified of court. Mail was never delivered, stolen, or misdirected. I am not incompetent. I am not insane. I am not mentally ill. I suspect they used a doppelganger in court and a public defender. I remember texting and chatting on social media's with "close friends" but I suspected they weren't actually my friends based on the inconsistent ways they communicated towards me. Some would take screenshots. Others would try to talk as if they were more intelligent than they were, but type slower than they were, others would attack me viciously with their words which was completely out of their nature, others had information about me that they shouldn't have had by normal means; largely just corrupt. And those that said things to me in person, I believe they were lied to, but I'm not sure by whom. Many were involved and I could name most of them and examples of what was said. The entire saga has been perplexing to say the least.

One of my friends claimed she was Arab/Muslim in the messages even though she isn't. I think they spoofed the numbers of my friends, text me that they were changing their phone numbers, and then I changed that person's phone number in my phone book and continued to talk to them as if it were normal. The strange part is, they had intimate pictures of this friend. So were those pictures paid for via bribes, were the people lied to, were they in on it, or is all technology hacked by these people?

I went 8 months with no toilet or hot water thru the winter . Mom left 20 k for repairs. I filed elder abuse with the state.

Yup. Awarded guardianship of my kids. Lied about things. Spread rumors to friends and family. Townspeople thought it was hilarious that the sober one went through hell while they were smoking up that dispensary stuff that is funding the state, meanwhile they are the ones going through psychosis then spreading rumors and false accusations to the point of me leaving town. The entire place was inTOXICated, teenagers getting sh*t, people fighting, just Idiocracy playing out in real life. When do those people get their opportunity to learn what it's like to lose their friends and family and gain the wisdom from that experience? When do they get the opportunity to get pointed at, laughed at, and mocked publically by people they've never met? When do they get the opportunity to have no vehicle, no way to get to work, then no money, then no way to pay rent, then eviction, then nowhere to go except offers of a walk-in closet or spare junk room? When do they get the opportunity to minimize all of their belongings down to what they can fit into the backseat of a small car? Do they get to sleep in a car for a summer, outside in the heat? Do they get to sleep in a van through the winter? Wisdom is granted through experience, it is then they we develop compassion for others after realizing what they've experienced. Karma is not a person, but an energy that teaches lessons to people who continue to not choose better ways of being. The kicker to the whole story, was years ago getting rewarded with federal disability payments because of the amount of physical damage that was caused to the already neurodivergent brain throughout my upbringing, then having it taken away because the person reviewing the case thought I could just go to therapy to "not be neurodivergent anymore". So of couse, rumors flew off the deep end about why I suddenly had a lump sum of money to purchase a used vehicle and stay home with my kids, but then a few years later I was having to work at a minimart to earn money, and why my son had to go with me to work (because daycare couldn't handle his autistic meltdowns anymore). Rumors, rumors, rumors. Ever deal with an AuDHD single parent who has had enough of people's accusations? People push buttons and flip triggers to spark ADHD rage, then play victim when the reaction of yelling or crying is more than they expected. They use that reaction as their "evidence". Ever had your mother file a report in court to have you handcuffed, put into a cop car, put in a straight jacket, and sent to a psychiatric unit for an "emergency psychological exam" because you've "lost touch with reality", then when you get to hospital they tell you there's nothing wrong with you, you're just aware and intelligent, sorry for what you went through, and go home? That's a swell experience, especially when the "home" you have to return to is the house with the person who caused the childhood trauma, gaslighting, narcissistic abuse, and filed the report for the exam. What's an even more swell experience, is when your mother does the same thing to your child who is also neurodivergent, has him sent to a maximum security facility to "get straight/right" because his reality and way of processing thoughts and regulating emotions isn't the same as her atypical way. That woman has now sent 4 people for psych exams (her mother, her sister, her daughter, her grandson), yet she is the common denominator in all the situations, and she herself has never had the joy of being cuffed and put into a cop car infront of everyone, humiliated publically, and accused of being "crazy". Ain't it funny how the system just takes the word of the one complaining, but never asks what that person did to cause the "crazy" outburst/reaction?! If that person has money, that's what the officials see and honor. Let's change that! Also, text message responses taken out of context, and altered to not include certain parts shouldn't be accepted by a judge. Period. Also, you'd think the court would notice when both parties have the same mailing address but one doesn't show up to court, that probably means that person isn't being given their mail intentionally. You'd THINK the court would consider that sort of thing, being that it's happened in the past with previous court related things. Kinda interesting how the one being falsely accused and defamed is struggling, homeless, and without a vehicle as a result of the series of unfortunate events, while the other person randomly walked out of their job and suddenly has money to replace the roof, siding, and shutters on the house, purchase a camper, pontoon boat, and beach property, and also a new car. 🤨

I didn’t receive any subpoena at all. My attorney told there was no such case. Everything is hidden and takes place behind the scenes.

If I knew where this case was being heard i would walk in there, and surprised them, since they furthermore, faked my death, saud I was dead. Unfortunately they changed my address, paid a postal workers to intercept all of my mails as well, threatening my life by hiring many hit men to end my life before any court dates. So they can prove that I am dead. Here's my question this has been going on behind my back for many years, I am just finding out about this last summer. No noticed from the court because they changed my address to many of their addresses. However, all of these times I haven't shown up to court. Shouldn't someone there became a bit suspicious the least as to why I haven't shown up at least one time,, if so, why did they did not take the time to actually find out, as to where I currently live, send me the correspondence directly to my new abd current address? This makes no sense at all.
