This for me was a very helpful video...I just started a level 3 diploma in Relationship Transactional Analysis and it helped explain for me all about the PAC. When i read it in my material i couldnt make sense of it...now i find it alot easier and make alot more sense...very interesting video!
Say a behaviour, such as turning your phone off and ignoring a partner because of a row, was also the behaviour of your father. Would this be an adult or child ego state? It's copied from a parent but yet it is a childish behaviour so what ego state would it come under?
I guess that you could be copying you fathers parental child ego state !!
