I’ve joined so many native plant talks and seminars, and this was one of the first times dry shade due to root competition was addressed. THANK YOU! Great talk!

I'm seriously enjoying this comprehensive presentation. Really appreciating the amount of details included from habitat to local/regional to characteristics like preference for summer drought to ... basically everything you've included!

I've been here for almost 2 decades and found this helpful. That's what I love about plants, even ones you know have something new to find out about.

Nice presentation. I have to note a correction though. Mahonia (Oregon grape) fruit are NOT bitter. They are sour. Sour can be balanced with sweetener, bitter can not.
