An interview with Margaret Attah, survivor of the attack on St Francis Xavier’s Church, Owo.

Mrs Attah, who survived the jihadist attack on St Francis Xavier’s Church in Owo, south-west Nigeria, was in the UK as ACN’s guest of honour for the charity’s events in London. Margaret Attah is the first individual to be honoured with Aid to the Church in Need (UK)’s ‘Courage to be a Christian’ award, which was presented as part of the Catholic charity’s #RedWednesday programme at St George’s Cathedral, Southwark on Wednesday 22nd November.
Aid to the Church in Need is a Pontifical Foundation of the Catholic Church, supporting the Catholic faithful and other Christians where they are persecuted, oppressed or in pastoral need.
