I know this comment is old now, but it's likely because of the use of topical anaesthesia being regulated, which Des mentions in the video (but it's very easy to miss, in the middle of a back and forth, very quick). More people seem to find needling painful. I do not, however, and know that I am far from alone. It should still be possible to do a lot of patients at 0.5mm depth without any anaesthetic, but I'm not sure how one gauges who is going to be fine with that and who isn't if they're not a return client.
Can I buy these products anywhere in the United States?

Where do you live? Environ is available in many medical offices across the US.

Environ is available online in the U.S. Clinics often sell their products online, although they may require you to speak with them via email or phone to verify the products are right for you.
