How much time taken by university of Melbourne to receive offer letter in my case I applied on 30 jan but still no getting any thing and application status : assessment in progress

hello sir my 10th and 12th marks are in 60's but my undergraduate %age are above 80%. am i eligible to get scholership to study in this university

As far as I know, you aren't. It's usually for people way over 90. But you can research on your own.
