As per historical record the age of SAUDA RA was 31 at the time of marriage with Nabi Kareem and not 50 years. Her date of birth was 589 AD, i.e. 18 years younger than Nabi Kareem.
Will has precedence to do justice. One such contingency is children of predecessors son or daughter. Is there a need for compulsory will in a situation as is law in Malaysia . Is there any embargo beyond 1/3 of total property in will. Can u please enlighten if there is already any video on it or if not a special one is made for it. I m student of law dealing with rights of people in making decisions on Principles of Muslim law in India
