Fun fact: Most therapists are in therapy so that they can be more effective therapists. You should not consider a therapeutic relationship with someone who is not invested in their own mental health!

No amount of college, Masters, PhD and work experience has prepared the therapist for this kind of family drama. Love it.

That was amazing. The depth of emotion reached in a couple of minutes was truly great acting. And if that’s not enough, there is a full back story, complex relationships and story arc. Bloody hell! Also the surreptitious glance at the crocs. Tears and laughter in 3 minutes. Thank you so much.

Spot on for an Irish vlogger family who filmed themselves in the waiting room of a gender therapy clinic they took their 9 year old to, constantly asking 'How are you feeling, what are you thinking'. This is the sad reality for that child and their siblings (incl. having been filmed in the bed, accidents in bed shared, and much, much more...), as well as many others out there. There should be a law against family vlogging.

As an American (we started all this woke crap) I cannot believe the laws and changing of values that is going down formerly Catholic Ireland. It really matters how people vote. You guys are being turned day by day into us in the U.S. I am so sorry. Parents like that should be outed to Child Services type offices, yet the governments where this stuff is being pushed on young kids probably won't do anything much or even worse will go after anyone who raises a voice to it, calling US extremists. Horrible stuff. I still believe we need to stand up and vocalize disapproval for things that go too far. Children deserve an unfettered childhood. Growing up is hard enough.

Damn, these three are truly calling out the hundreds of family channels here who are exploiting their children in a comedic way. Big props to Hogs too, you can truly hear the pain in Alexei's voice when confronting his dad. Great job!

This is a serious sketch. Millions of kids are going through this. An academic sociology/media piece can be written based on this video. Great job, lads!!!

Aside from the laughs, thank you for this. This is a real problem, and not only with professional influencers. How many children got their pictures posted on the internet by their parent? And once It's out there, there is no going back. It was all done without their consent as well. I truly hope this will help parents understand this is not okay to post a picture of your two year old in diapers on Facebook. Or any photos of your children, in fact. This is their life and their digital fingerprint and they should be the one deciding what to do with it.

Brilliant sketch. Loads that is wrong with social media summed up in the funniest of ways. The viral bit at the end is classic.

Fahntastic Statistic In 2021 the first video to reach 200K views in de first week was the 'Will Northern Ireland get back with Ireland' sketch. This was at the end of April. The first sketch in 2022 with more than 200K views after the first week was actually the very first sketch: 'When you look like your job'. This isn't just a coincidence. From the five sketches of '22 three of them already had more than 200K after the first week!

As a counselor I appreciated the sketch, but it made me so incredibly sad. It felt like watching Charlie Chaplin eating an old shoe. Great content! Advice to the therapist: Don't shout, it takes away your authority. Instead put very clear rules and stick to them. I'd have told the father to hand me the phone for the time of the session to make sure he can't use it and I would not have started the session until he gave me the phone. I also would have told him very openly that he is about to lose his son very quickly. Edit: actually the mum from your other sketches could teach you how to treat this father. She'd be able to very effectively make him listen 😂

Right on! I’ve been doing KZread less than a year now, and my kids are already a little frustrated sometimes that I have to video everything (I don’t, but they see it that way) 😬 Gotta keep the priorities straight!

I love it when Arms glances at the clock right at the end. That's Exactly what I want to do at work sometimes, just watch the clock for that last minute until the bell goes.

I now just want to see what Alexi is subjected to a home. My guess? A barrage of never-ending pranks, cameras shoved into tearful faces, and ruined homework. We’re making Alexi into Barry 2.0, aren’t we, for levels of hidden domestic tragedy?

@@CuriousEchidna It’s never-ending, isn’t it? Especially since that Alexi seems to have been subjected to this for years - he’s depicted as a teenager here, but he was only about 5/6, if that, in the first video (and based on the ‘4K footage of your own birth’ line, there doesn’t seem to be a time where Alexi has not had a camera shoved in his face) :(

I actually think that The Influencer Dad is the best villain you guys have come up with. Like... I wouldn't mind a fight between him and Arms in "The Influencer Dad 3"

I love Arms as a therapist! He comes off as so genuine and lovely. Even when he's shouting at the end! I'm so happy my parents weren't social media influences! It was bad enough that they told their friends all my embarrassing moments, at least they didn't tell the internet!

That sounds familiar, my mother would show pictures of my siblings and me around and tell stories, when we had guests over. It was so annoying and embaressing😑. I'm so happy that that was way back in the 90s , and not nowadays. She's definetely the type of person who would've put everything on facebook if it had been around back then😅. On the other hand, one of my friends has the whole life of her children on facebook, from ultrasound pic to the latest report card.😮‍💨 I don't understand why people are doing this.

Hog as the child is always solid gold. ♥️

Thanks for another great sketch. This is like the modern equivalent of my parents sharing our family album with guests -- including photos of me taking a bath in a bucket. Poor guests.
