I do not know if you have time to read this, but I got the link of the video from a friend of mine, because it really looks "very sh...." at the moment in my life and yes, I went through so much stuff (she told me to watch pile 4), that I sometimes think of writing a book, but always think:"Who would believe you."? Because you are not so old (Ok not in my 20s anymore, but still not dead) and yes I went through so much, that I sometimes even do not know, how and why it is possible that one can have so much sh..., at the other hand, I grew up in a very toxic household, where my own parents showed me, that they do not want me.They also told me how stupid I am, how ugly and so on. I was only good enough for working. There was so much more after this, but so I guess it is understandable why I often can believe it more when somebody tells me how ugly I am, then when someone tells me how beautiful I am. Wow. This is crazy. So, I chose Group 5 today as I felt pulled towards it. I had a therapy session today that went really well and I really enjoyed it. Recently, I have been changing my diet and eating mostly whole foods and reducing sugar and processed foods intake. I have also been doing yoga and pilates daily. As soon as I got off the therapy Zoom meeting today I instantly had this great feeling come over me and then a thought: I think I’d love to be a Health Coach. I had a little look into it today and then I went about my day as normal, met with a friend for coffee and discussed it a little.
