Selected clips from a 4/29/2001 outing to the Second St. interlocking area in downtown Dayton, OH. This area was formerly known as Wayne Ave.Jct. into the 1980's and was the junction of B&O/PRR/NYC lines into Dayton. Action includes trains of the CSXT Toledo Sub., NS Cincinnati Line (now the Dayton District) and RailAmerica's I&O on trackage rights. This almost non-stop action was shot during a roughly hour and half time period. Note some of the interesting motive power, such as former Conrail B36-7's, plenty of spartan cab and leased EMD power, and seeing two I&O trains in daylight, which is impossible in recent months.
