Thanks man. Since the game was not showing on steam so I copied those files in the game folder and disconnected to wifi.... It worked

@@LotusGeek the main problem is Nvidia Getforce only launch games through Steam, and it always the same issue (licensed failed) so I had to REMOVE them both 😮‍💨

Use steam emulator

This steps didn't work for me. But I copy that 2 dll files and paste it in the game files. And now it works.
