It’s not easy at all but I think the first was a lot more difficult than the 2nd. The troubling thing with a 2nd one is the many other responsibilities one now has. See that gets to my head sometimes.
I remember the newborn days like it was yesterday. Such a special time ❤

Massi where were you when my son was a newborn 🥹❤️ I appreciate your platform for moms so much. Thanks for this vid, yhooo newborn stage will show you flames, those trapped wind are a nightmare, but like you said he is not a bad sleeper... Lol when you changed him before a feed, I thought to myself, I hope he doesn't poop 😂🤣, I mean I sleep better on my tummy too.....

Enjoyed this. Thanks mommy. My baby is soo alert after bath time, I normally have to play with her abit before putting her down. Question: how often do you pump a day and when do you give baby the pumped milk?

That isn’t a bad thing hey mama 😅 playing a bit before bedtime. I usually pump just once day or not at all. I feed on demand so if I’m home he chows nje all the time. What I normally do as well is that I’ll put on the silicone hand pump on one side as he feeds on the other and again as he changes boobs. Each session will collect about 140mils on milk. Yes he does have the expressed milk on days where I run errands, or at gym or when I’m exhausted and need to rest a bit. My helper and hubby then offer him.

@@massinokeri lol we love playing this side. Ok I see. 🙏🏾That silicone pump is the best. It’s on my other boob almost every feed. I make a bottle for daddy to feed 1 session at night so I can get some rest then I freeze the rest . Thanks for sharing your tips. 🫶🏽

The fridge I got off at Takealot and the lamp-like thing is actually a room temperature reader. It tells you when the to is too hot or too cold so you’re able to dress the baby accordingly ❤️

Hi, the brand is Seita and the bassinet is called “icomfort bassinet”. It was a gift form 3 years ago when I had Kgosi.
yho my new born didn’t sleep between 00:00 - 4:00 am, i just knew that and didn’t even try to put him to sleep. Most difficult time for me ever.

It’s the Groegg from Tommee Tippee mama. It detects the room temperature and allows you to dress baby accordingly.

Hi Massi I see you have the Tommee Tippee electric pump but you don’t have to hold it when pumping. How are you able to do it? And the other side what is the name of the other thing which collects the letdown whilst pumping on the other breast I am using it and have to hold it so cant multitask or anything. Hey mama, it’s actually my feeding bra that allows me the freedom of “no hands”. Got it from Cherry Melon ☺️ That thing is brilliant, it’s called a silicone hand pump ❤️

He has his days of being super needy and clingy but for the most part, he’s getting used to giving me a break too. But we spend so much together ❤️
I think you should add a disclaimer on this video. Babies should be placed on their back for sleep. You can do what you want but I would hate for someone to see this video and think this is the safe thing to do.

I did say everything shown in this video is my way of parenting. We all parent differently. What another mother does with their own baby is their own decision and problem.
