BUDDYMOON DAY 351/1000 (VLOG 87)
Today's video is a bit of an emotional one. When visiting India, you can't miss the Taj Mahal. So we made our way to Agra, and we woke before dawn to try and beat the crowds - we think everyone had the same idea.
But we came to the Taj Mahal not only because it's a site you cannot miss when travelling to India, but because it has a very personal meaning to us too. We came here to recreate images taken by my (Leanne's) grandparents when they visited back in 1995. (28 years ago).
My gran passed away a few years ago, but when planning this trip, I kept telling my grandfather that I would be recreating these images and I was so excited to share them with him so he could see how much the Taj Mahal had changed/hasn't changed over the years.
Unfortunately, my grandfather passed away just a few days before I could take these pictures, and we weren't able to show him.
When visiting, we still recreated the pictures and spent the morning taking in the Taj Mahal's beauty and paying tribute to my grandfather. It was special to visit the Taj Mahal in memory of my grandfather, and so the Taj Mahal will always hold a special memory in my heart. ❤️

This is Tejo Mahal, (not Taj Mahal) Tejo Mahal Originally Belonged To Jaipur Ruler Jai Singh and it was looted acquired by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Govt should opening of the doors of its '22 rooms' to see 'the truth, whatever it is'. People should know why the rooms are locked there. Islam was the Cancer, Islam is the Cancer, and Islam will be the Cancer. Timor had butchered millions Bharat ancestors. Bharat people made taj mahal not Shahjahan. Whole Mughal looted raped slaved our girls and women to send to sale in middle east Iraq. Hindu Kush named came because our ancestors 1 million people died during time sending slave sale to middle Asia. This is Tejo Mahal, (not Taj Mahal) Tejo Mahal Originally Belonged To Jaipur Ruler Jai Singh and it was looted acquired by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. The biggest lie in history The biggest lie in the world That Taj Mahal was built by Shahjahan for love for his wife Mumtaz World's biggest historical lie Shame on the historical people who are giving the biggest lie to the people of the world!! Mumtaz was Shahjahan's 4th wife. The reason of Mumtaz's death was her 14th pregnancy. Is the number count of children define love then maybe he loved her?? That wasn't enough. After her death of Mumtaz, Shahjahan married to Farzana who was Mumtaz younger sister immediately. If he really loved Mumtaz then why did he marry to another women. That wasn't enough too. And after having so many wives, he wasn't satisfied. He had maintained physical relationships with more then 8000 women. There was NO NO NO love but LUST LUST LUST to YES definitely.

Your recount of Taj Mahal was wonderful with an emotional touch. I almost got tears. On anothr note, Agra Fort is one of the best forts in the world with 3 or 4 different stones used at each stage by different emperors, red, marble, granite and limestone. Next time you go back don't miss it.

There was NO NO NO love but LUST LUST LUST to YES definitely.

ancient India used to have lot of excellent architectures better than these ones. during Islamic rule in India especially in Mughal period about 47000 temples and several other structures were destroyed. others were demolished by the European rulers. that's why India hardly has any ancient structures left in North India. however there are quite a lot of them in South India especially states of Karnataka and Tamilnadu.
