Wow! I love this video. It's like opening a portal and travelling back in time to definitely and for sure one of the happiest most joyful times of my life. This bring me both happiness and nostalgia.

Its 2019 still love them, smile from the beginning until the end of the show, feeling im in my 12yrs.old watching it. 😄🇵🇭

I remember watching this on TV, and hearing STOP for the 1st time... My mind was BLOWN!

I've converted to Geri's fan, after watching them in their 2007 reunion. Omg.. She had grown so gorgeous, with a huge personality and charm, Her voice is unique imo and I like it that's what makes her the spice of the spice girls! ✌️🇬🇧

Well they certainly made the right choice putting Mel C in front and center for STOP. She's got amazing presence.

Lots of acts lip sync for different reasons, but as the Spice Girls proved they could in fact sing live, I think they lip synced here because the music wasn't exactly the main focus. The interaction with the audience, skits, questions and things seem to be the real reason for this special. The music just seems to be a sporadic afterthought. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed this, even though I'm a guy! LOL!

I remember when this was on tv (didnt know they lip synced tho haha) totally didnt even know the dirty jokes being so young ( was 7 or so when this came out) watching back its so different but its exactly as I remembered ❤ thanks Spice Girls, forever a spice girl ✌

Sarah Walker they rarely lip synced. A lot of shows in the 90s didn’t have the capability to have live performances. And I guess with this they didn’t want to. Cuz they sound the same live.

They weren't cheesy. Its' just another time and style

Mel C is gorgeous. She still looks amazing today, and if she had "extra help" from a doctor it doesn't look fake.
