I give them the credit for bringing him to the Treehouse and giving him the opportunity to learn from these talented regional musicians. And now we are blessed because he is sharing his many talents with all of us.

Ikr? Come on up and out west to Oregon too please! Oregon state fair has hosted some awesome up and coming talent over the years. I saw Kenny G and Michael Bolton back in the late 80s when they were just getting really big.

What a treasure you are Laine Hardy! I love that you embrace your surroundings and you did your thing and twists to the music and guitar skills. So this is why I watch your fingers on the guitar and cannot for the life of me figure out what chords you are playing. You play so well. AND that my friend is talent just like Kyle mentioned.

Laine - I absolutely LOVE these videos... I just wish they were longer. It takes me back to the way I grew up myself. Have you every considered singing "Louisiana Moon" by Mel McDaniel? It's so very similar to your amazing little rendition of Oo-De-Lally and I think you could really do something fun with it!!

There's nothing like Louisiana music...and there's no Louisiana artist like Laine Hardy! You're the first, and only, act I've followed in all the years of "American Idol".
