Happy Easter. We did our dinner yesterday, so left over ham is in the fridge. This looks so good. Yes ham salad is part of our left over use. This casserole will be so good too. Thanks . Happy Easter to you both.

You guys… I’ve been waiting to make this since Easter….Today after a long day at work I decided this was dinner. I needed comfort food… Oh MMMMYYYYY!!!! I’m with Wesley…. I want this for Easter next year!!!! I’m hoping hubby doesn’t want any so I have it for tomorrow’s lunch too!!! 😂

I plan to make this dish for Mother’s Day. I would like to prep the dish the night before, would it be necessary to cook to potatoes ahead?

We would recommend cooking the potatoes in advance. You can absolutely assemble it all the night before and then bake on the day you'll be serving it. Hope you and your guests enjoy it! It's one of our favorites!
