I agree! I get asked all the time does it have a Hellcat motor in it. My response is this is the original Hellcat. If it wasn't for this car those wouldn't exist! Haha

@@geetarrguy they are just XXR's. They use to be a black chrome color on the face. But I didn't like them on the car so I had them powdercoated gloss black.

Your at 600? With a pulley, maf, fuel system (kind curious on which way you went) and what eles am I missing? BTW Thanks man I got mine a year ago and although it's my toy I been feeling both sides of the coin as far as putting miles on it, thanks for being the minority on it makes me feel not alone for taking it out and doing what the car was designed for being enjoyed and having the blower scream every other stoplight

This is were the 2nd era of muscle started again in my opinion ,This car broke that mold of a supercharged factory car,I always wanted one and almost bought a yellow 04 cobra as a leftover in 05 but it didnt pan out .I was just married in 03 and my wife wasnt happy with me spending $33k especially on a bright yellow supercharged cobra lol.I do have a 3rd gen camaro IROC Z with 3,600 ish miles that my Dad bought new in april 1986 its a TPI ,T top car with optional 3.23 factory rear ,4 wheel disc brakes etc (basically a loaded car except for the rear wiper which he didnt want ) ,I been actually tossing around the idea of getting rid of it because i just dont have the time nor place to store it anymore .,I was 13 when this car came home and now turning 50 in 2 weeks, ,I actually dropped the fuel tank a few years ago ,put a new tank fuel pump/sending unit ,cleaned the lines ,put new tires brakes and rotors ,Heater core ,and i was on my way to bringing this basically new car back to life ,but i had a (bad new fuel pump that crapped out ) after about 5-600 miles of lightly driving it and i got disgusted because i dont have the access to a shop the way i did in my earlier years ,so it sits again .Who knows were this will go lol ,only time will tell

@@AndyKruseChannel Yep very true there's nothing better than hearing the stories and some of the history on these cars,Like for me i was walking out of my school in the 8th grade and i was a IROC nut at that time lol,it was my dream car and me and my parents were going to dealerships every weekend for about 5 months and i said "Dad your never gonna buy one lol.Well that day while walking to the bus i spotted a white IROC Z and i backed up to look at the rocker to see if it was a tpi car and it was ,but it was wen i looked up and seen my mom and dad in the car that made me the happiest 13 year old in the world that day 😆, Great memories

Love the Cobra! Wondering how it’s making over 700 torque at the wheels on pump gas won’t 600whp. This would make it the most powerful factory eaton, stock motor terminator in history. I’d love to hear more about that! Mine has a cam and 2.3 Whipple on 21 pounds of boost and makes 631whp and 600 torque at the wheels. Mine when I had a ported eaton and stock motor made 531whp and 525 torque.

It has Viking double adjustable coilovers in the rear and H&R Sport spring with no isolators up front. 245/40/18 on 18x8.5 wheels up front. In the video 335/30/18 Hoosiers on 18x10.5 wheels on the rear. But now has 325/35/18 Mickey Thompson ET Street R
