There were moments in series 2 that probably shaved a few years off my mortal coil but I'm so glad BBC didn't fall into the trope off killing queer characters. Hats off to them for giving these two characters a happy ending with each other; and hats off to you for making this video! It's lovely. I would add that you could have kept in Amy saying "I'm coming home" as she was walking across the bridge for an extra oomph but still, well done. 👍👍

The writer has said it depends on two things: 1) whether there is an interesting story to tell and he said the world is not short of turbulence and 2) he said he does not "take for granted" that the two actresses will be available, as there are in demand and have other projects they are involved in. Suranne is also doing more producing of projects that she will not act in. But, hopefully, she will still act in a few that her company produces (such as what she did in Maryland, which was produced by the company she has with her husband).
