I got to see Amy perform live in 2016, at a Christmas concert she did with Michael W. Smith. I wound up in the very front row, and it was quite a thrill ride. I'm glad to know she's still healthy, and can still sing after what she's been through recently.

Courage, joy, peace, authenticity - it all just flows through her. Her dress is *stunning* and this performance brought me so much joy!

I love that song and I love Amy Grant. Her eyewear is definately hitting the right note. We should all try and see the world through rose-coloured heart-shaped glasses.

Everytime I hear this song live it blows me away cause it is so good. 😀😀😄😁

However, A Real Fan of Yours didn't come alive until about 3 yrs ago. Somehow I just started stumbling across so many songs Id never heard before by you that I really needed and still do in my Life . Songs Like Better than A Hallelujah, Dont try so Hard, And One of My Very Closer to my heart favorites is Come Be with me. It wasn’t until the end of the song I realized she’s probably wearing heart sunglasses because the song is “Every Heartbeat” hahaha. That’s awesome!

Halloween, 1991, Amy Grant and band performed in Omaha. I was the caterer. Back stage passes, special requests. Thousands of dollars. Promoter in Omaha stiffed the bill. Claimed he overspent, and we got nothing. Still love Amy Grant. Promoter, not so much.

@Amy Grant have seen you several times. Omaha, 1982? MWS opened with solo piano. The concert in Omaha where I was the caterer. Heart in Motion tour, and again in Indianapolis on the Heart in Motion Tour. Still not happy about your promoter stiffing us about $4,000.

The bassist keeps hitting an off note in the chorus and it's extremely distracting. Love her and this song but this could've been a much better performance.

That band is too busy. Too much going on for Amy’s vocals covering her up. Geeze

There's far less going on in this stripped down arrangement than the studio original. The bass line is about half of what the synth bass on the album is doing and the keyboardist is doing bare minimum. The guitars are nowhere near as busy as the multiple synths on the recording as well. Have you ever even heard this song before? Blame the mix of the vocals on television talk show production people that do not understand how to mix music audiio, not the top level musicians her husband hand picks for her.
