@NES Andrew is just bringing up material from the Archie Comics and Tony states that it isn't "canon" to the game continuity despite the fact that Andrew never brought up the game continuity at all, so I don't know why Tony stated that considering this video has nothing to do with the actual game continuity.

@@PuffyBuffy25 I think he was just clarifying to anyone that might see that comment and just assume that it is cannon, not knowing that it came from the comics to begin with. Archie had to come up with a lot of weird retcons due to SEGA medaling with the second half of the comics life span. This is also why Charmy has brain damage in the comics, because he was always meant to be 6 years old, but SEGA of America said in the Knuckles Chaotix manual that he was 16, so he's 16 throughout the comics and is given brain damage at some point, so he acts more like his in game counter part. Did I mention he has a bride he's supposed to marry in the comics and she now has to take care of a toddler trapped inside an adults body for the rest of their life? The comics got pretty fucked up at times.
