Amumba sings every day his name is El Chic Echondong.That name Amumba was just the name he was using back then but he later changed it to El Chic Echondong . just check El Chic Echondong on KZread

I tried to search for bekang on the internet in order to read the health benefits, but I could not find any pages. Do you know the scientific name, or any other African name of the spice?

Univ Univeral "Bekang" is from the Bangwa people from Lebialem and not Bayangi. Bekang is simply sweet bitterleaf fried with smoked fish, onions and crayfish. with salt, maggi and pepper to taste
