I went to the Merced Amtrak Station and waited for a Amtrak to arrive and came a little late but gotten the shot and it was on its way to Bakersfield.

I hate to disappoint you this is Caltrain that is not Amtrak,it does have an Amtrak engine on the back...amtrak is wholly owned by the United States of America, Caltrain is wholly owned by California
